Cancellation Policy

1. Tour Package Cancellation

• Cancellations requested more than 15 days prior to the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting advance booking and administrative fees.
• Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the start date may incur standard cancellation charges (up to 50%).
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows.

2. Private Chauffeur & Guided Transfers

• Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for partial rescheduling or credit adjustments.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival attract standard operational dispatch fees.
• No refund will be applicable once the designated vehicle has been dispatched for pickup.

3. Bespoke Itineraries & Date Rescheduling

• Guests may request itinerary date adjustments subject to hotel room availability and operational feasibility.
• Any rate differences arising from seasonal changes during rescheduled dates will be borne by the traveler.

4. Hotel & Resort Booking Cancellation

• Hotel cancellations are subject to the specific cancellation terms of the individual properties and resorts.
• Certain peak holiday and festive season bookings are 100% non-refundable as per hotel policies.

5. Non-Refundable Situations & Force Majeure

• Force majeure events (sudden landslides, severe weather warnings, road blockages, or government-imposed travel restrictions in Himalayan sectors).
• In such natural scenarios, our Guwahati team will coordinate alternate safe travel routes and provide maximum credit adjustments.
• Unused sightseeing spots or early tour departures by guest choice are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 to 7 working days) after formal verification.
