Cancellation Policy
At Raftaar Tour and Travels, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and clear for all customers.
1. Tour Package Cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the trip start date may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting booking and processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip start date may result in higher cancellation charges.
- No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
2. Car Rental Cancellation
- Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for partial refunds.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may attract cancellation charges.
- No refund will be applicable once the vehicle has been dispatched.
3. Self Drive Vehicle Cancellation
- Cancellation policies for self-drive vehicles may vary depending on availability and reservation type.
- Security deposits, if applicable, will be handled as per rental terms.
4. Hotel Booking Cancellation
- Hotel cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective hotels.
- Certain bookings may be non-refundable depending on hotel terms.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
- Unused services during the trip
- Customer no-shows
6. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after cancellation approval.
